The Hop Jam Beer and Music Festival celebrates the convergence of craft beer and music in a dynamic downtown environment, in Tulsa, Oklahoma. The unique urban environment and the extensive brewer selection in the craft beer area, alongside the dynamic all-ages free live concert, sets The Hop Jam apart from any other event in the region.
Founded in 2014 by Tulsa natives HANSON and their Hanson Brothers Beer Co, it was envisioned as a platform for helping cultivate a more vibrant Tulsa and Oklahoma as a destination for live music events and craft beer.
The beer festival has hosted craft brewers from Oklahoma and across the US, as well as international brewers. The event helps to stimulate the local craft beer movement through supporting Oklahoma brewers, as well as introducing new breweries to the state for the first time.
The music festival features nationally recognized artists. The 2017 event will feature festival hosts HANSON, alongside Mayer Hawthorne, KONGOS, John Fullbright, Castro, Johnny Polygon and more. Past events have featured Edward Sharpe And The Magnetic Zeros, Albert Hammond Jr., X Ambassadors, Robert Randolph and the Family Band, Jamestown Revival, The Polyphonic Spree, Butch Walker, Black Joe Lewis and more.
Since the event’s founding, The Hop Jam has worked closely with Oklahoma favorite the McNellie’s Group to host the beer festival. These two organizations have a shared interest in cultivating the craft beer community and fostering world-class events in the state. Now in it’s fourth year, The Hop Jam is fast on it’s way to becoming one of the top beer and music events in the country.
The Hop Jam is proud to be able to support great community organizations through the success of the festival. To find out more about our charitable partner, the Community Food Bank of Eastern Oklahoma, click here.
